“The diagnosis of a focal neuropathy syndrome must be documented by sensory and motor nerve conduction studies (NCV) and/or needle EMG in order to be ratable as impairment.”
  • At Present, “only the needle EMG is considered diagnostic of radiculopathy.
  • NCV/EMG Evidence can add 9% whole body impairment rating on top of the residual impairment rating
