Weight problems and Crohn's disease

I saw a patient with severe weight loss due to the chronic Crohn's disease over 10 years. Electro-Meridian Imaging Evaluations (EMI) reveals:a) Spinal reflex with possible nerve insult at L3-L5. Low back pain, neck and thoracic pain are associated with the bladder meridian. b) Muscle spasms, ligament/tendon dysfunction throughout body and pain of back muscles are associated with the liver meridian. c) Lower back pain, general severe pain, adrenal dysfunction are associated with Kidney meridian. d) Hormonal involvement, gastro-intestinal syndromes are associated with the spleen meridian. e) Symptoms of the lower bowel (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease) are associated with the Large intestine meridian. f) Endocrine dysfunction (adrenal, thyroid, ovaries etc.) and hormonal imbalance are associated with the triple heater meridian.

Acupuncture points and Chiropractic adjustment was utilized for this patient: Acupuncture with needle to balance meridians by LIV 8, KI 4, BL 67, SP 4, LI 6 and TH 5. Adjust spinal Subluxation. Vibration massage on the back SHU points corresponding meridians (BL 18, BL 23, BL 28, BL 20, BL 25, and BL 22).
